Board positioning

Demonstrating strong and effective leadership is more important than ever. Stakeholders, whether internal or external, are becoming increasingly critical of the vision, decisiveness and thoroughness of the executive team. Visibility of the board members is crucial, so is accessibility. Sustainability is now considered a key performance indicator amid a focus on long-term viability. And it’s not limited to the CEO, the whole management team is being assessed.

The critical stance towards members of the supervisory board has also risen. How do they act as a watchdog, do they carry the can and are they approachable for stakeholders? A clear profile and role for executives and non-executives improves credibility, boosts the corporate image and secures continuity.

In our boardroom training sessions, we discuss all these aspects. Authenticity, openness and our role in the wider society are at the core. Managing the corporate image consciously further underpins a company’s reputation and its positioning in the market.

Clients & cases

During the past years, we have held trainings and workshops for several executives, both one-on-one and in team sessions. Our programme outline is fixed, the actual content is flexible and of course always confidential. Typically, we hold such sessions with newly appointed CEOs and other executive board members at the beginning of their tenure or when they are at the forefont of important change of direction for their company.
