José Tijssen - Managing Director

José has more than twenty years of experience in the fields of investor relations, corporate communications and corporate governance. She was selected best M&A PR officer in the Netherlands in both 2008 and 2009. An experienced boardroom coach in the area of reputation management, José has managed multiple corporate stakeholder positionings, M&A and integration programmes and crisis management projects. Before joining Citigate First Financial, she was Director Corporate Communications for ING Group. Prior to this she was Head of Investor Relations at KPN, responsible for communication relating to the IPO, the demerger of the Mail division, foreign listings and several other projects. Before joining KPN she worked as IR manager at Wolters Kluwer. Her career began at the international corporate banking division of ABN AMRO after finishing the Business School of Management at the Erasmus University.
