Justine has worked in the corporate communications industry for more than fifteen years. Her particular field of expertise is internal communications & change where she has led global teams to implement ongoing companywide internal communication programmes. Justine’s previous roles include Global Head of Internal Communications at Wholesale Banking ABN AMRO, ABN AMRO Asset Management and Fortis Investments. She has also spent a year with RBS Netherlands as an interim communications adviser to the senior leadership team. Throughout her communications career Justine has had to tackle all manner business challenges from merger and acquisition, rebranding and corporate positioning to strategic reviews, downsizing and change of CEO. Justine began her communication career in the TMT sector with a London based communications agency now owned by digital marketing company LBi International. During this time she advised the management teams of FTSE 100 companies on their digital, marketing and corporate communications requirements. Justine graduated from Exeter University in the UK.
